I believe you can get paid support / help / training for SQL Ledger-SMB
from Koumbit.org. I know they use it internally and they train
(internally) their workers on it. I'd suggest asking for such training -
I proposed to make it available externally but if no one asks, demand
always seems zero, leading to the chicken & egg problem :)
