Not sure what you're trying to do, xming on windows may be overkill for ssh
terminal sessions. Using an ssh client is more efficient
ssh client A  -> server B
your method server B launch X Server, server B ssh ->client A, client A runs
terminal session ->server B X Server

You could look at bitvise tunnelier it's more sophisticated than or at vnc
server which can be run on windows if you must. Or perhaps I misunderstood?
