On explorer (Win7), the google.ca main page does not load properly - the coloured, stylized logo is missing. Clicking on gmail gives "cannot display webpage" and suggestion to diagnose connection problems.
Using chrome (win7), the timeout on gmail from the home page is extremely long (10 min.) and ends with "access to gmail/youtube/chrome webstore is currently unavailable", or "try later" in the case of [1]http://montrealracing.com/forums/showthread.php?796253-Ghostri der-movie but the above youtube movie link works in Explorer, right now. I disabled a weather plug-in for chrome and Site Advisor. OSX is my source of traceroute data via Network Utility in Utilities folder.
