Which Distro are you using?
I found this: firmware-nonfree that is required for tg3 to function.
You may need to apt-get that package.

Verify the physical connection:
- cable connected - reseat to make sure it didn't come loose
- are the link lights lit on the both switch and pc connectors?
- its not a crossover cable
The card should auto negotiate and downgrade if the switch is forcing 100.
We should still see a link.
Let check dmesg to see if there are any errors.
I read the tg3 may require a firmware module as well.

A quick search on your Wireless card shows the chipset for the Tenda
311P is a Ralink RT3060F.
Could be the same for RT3062, RT3562, RT3592. Linked to a tutorial on
installing it.
