That's why on my first message in here (mlug) was asking if I should write in english or french. And got surprise to see that 95% of the messages in here are in english. But, it's not only beacuse we will need it in Montreal, but also for the immigration process itself. To apply, we will have to confirm our "french level" with exams, like people need to do with english (toefl, ielts, etc.) for federal process.
