When you add a new one, what are you grading it as? I by default grade
all my new cards as a '2' - I reason that just by formulating and
typing it in, I've formed some memories of it, and this way it quickly
shows up in daily review where there's a good chance I'll remember it
and be able to bump it up to '3' and then '4'. Otherwise I just never
seem to get around to learning it...
