Hi Gwern,

If you think there is a relatively-trivial shortcoming in the
interface of the program, here are some of your options, ranked in
order of helpfulness:

1. Contribute code to the project. Write a plug-in which enables that
functionality.

2. If you are unable to write the code yourself, make a specific and
concise feature request: https://blueprints.launchpad.net/mnemosyne-proj

3. Forget about the issue and continue using your work-around.

4. Complain passive-aggressively about how "terribly roundabout" the
program is on the general message board.

Hope this helps.

Best,
Bill
