This is because you have not done many reviews yet. The next interval 
basically is the multiplication of the previous interval (5 I guess in this 
case) with the easiness factor 2.6, which will be modified by a small fraction 
(like +/- 0.1 or 0.2) depending on the grade. Since the previous interval is 
still small, all the options more or less round to the same interval.

Once you do more reps of this card, the intervals will start to differ.

(BTW, there is a very good reason why the intervals are not shown by default, 
which is to avoid having to explain the subtleties of the algorithmn to people 
who just start to Mnemosyne for the first time. :-) )

That means that if you pass the card, it will come up the next day, regardless 
of the grade.

BTW, these intervals you see don't take into account a small randomness factor 
that is added on top of it as well.
