Sorry if this post is a duplicate, but, while some posts refer to the behavior of the vice versa cards, I couldn't find a good discussion regarding the feature. I could've directly added a feature request, but I kinda want to hear some opinions first.
I've been using Mnemosyne to learn Esperanto vocabulary since some time now. I add every word with the "vice versa" option enabled, because I want to learn them "both ways". The problem is, when reviewing the cards, the cards often seem to appear right next to each other. And unfortunately, as long as I keep grading them the same, they tend to stick together for a long time. IMHO it makes absolutely no sense having to grade a vice versa card right after you reviewed its twin, because you just saw the answer already. When I first enabled the "vice versa" feature I kinda expected it to just flag the card (instead of creating a seperate card) so it shows a random side while reviewing. And I still think that would make a lot more sense. Having them graded individually sounds like a good idea, but at the end their scores affect each other anyway... so why not just make them one card? --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "mnemosyne-proj-users" group.
