Good afternoon, I have read through the documentation and still cannot make up how the program works with regards to the following: during this year I have been gathering all my german vocabulary in Mnemosyne, using categories and such but I must have been not using it as intended because I cannot solve this problem I have.
The matter is that I have around 2.5k words and expressions loaded into Mnemosyne, but only 1.2k memorized so far, and another 1.3k still to go. The problem I have is that every day I get around 60 cards to review and I can never get to diminish the "still-to-learn" card stack with the amount of effort that I can spend each day. Many cards in my library have been shown to me just once if not never, and their scheduled time to review is shown as negative. Any suggestions on what should I do? Should I spend an hour or so going though all the 1.3k cards and grading them as "4" maybe? Or should I reset the learning data? Or maybe prepare two gallons of coffee and declare this the special "its-you-or-me-damned-cards" weekend?
