I had uncompressed the backup file and then imported it as an XML file. That's when I got the error message. As to the other issue: it's running in portable mode on my local PC. There is no USB stick involved. Running it in portable mode is more for backup purposes. Do you have any ideas regarding the error message? Thanks.
