As for the xml problem, when you look at the error messages, it tells you that 
the error occurs at line 27233 character 111. If you look at that position, 
there is a strange ^B character there that causes problems. If you remove all 
these ^B, it should be fine.

I don't know how these ^B's ended up there, but judging from the large amount 
of formatting markup in your database, the database comes from supermemo. I 
never used supermemo, nor did I write the importer for it, though...
