I'm glad you got it working Ericka.

The new file you linked to is an .xml file. So the problem you have
with the other set of cards (.txt) is presumably just that the File
Format option was incorrect.

When you want to import a file you go to File > Import and this opens
a new window. This is where you browse to find the file you want. At
the top of this window is the File Format drop down box, where you can
choose what kind of file you want to import, .xml and various other
formats. (I'm in Linux now but I'm pretty sure Windows is the same).
When you download a file of cards from the site, you need to check
what format they are in, and make sure you select the right format in
this box. The default option is .xml which is why the new file (.xml)
worked.

The first file you had problems with needs to be "Text with tab
separated Q/A".
