Hi Peter -

I also avoid direct entry at all costs because it is much faster (at
least for me!) to create lists of questions with corresponding lists
of answers and import them in one shot. This is especially true when
media files are involved: I can have the string that calls them
automatically generated by excel or numbers and tagged on to either
the Q or A, which is a lot faster than adding each media file
individually.

With respect to my query above, this also allows me to easily create a
series of decks that will replace each other (achieving the desired
feature described above) without having to go through and enter that
data individually.

But, like Michael, I'm never adding fewer than a couple dozen cards.

Cheers,

G.
