Oh yes, an Undo. Gets my vote. I've often accidentally misgraded cards
and it just feels so wrong!

I would love exactly this feature. not sure if it could be done with
a plugin or not, but I've misgraded cards many times and would love an
"undo". I know it doesn't cause any long term damage, but being a
obsessive grader, it bugs me to know I've "dirtied" the data =)

I agree that it would be counter-productive if a user could freely
change the grade on any card in the database.
However, it could be very helpful if the user could UNDO a grade
immediately after assigning it, for example if they hit the wrong
grade by mistake and want to backtrack. Enabling Ctrl-Z would be
the most natural way to do this. (My apologies if this feature has
already been discussed elsewhere.)
