2. I downloaded the PyQt business and then navigated to the directory [my 
skillset in Linux is pretty much navigating and listing directories] and as 
per the README, initiated the following command:

python configure.py

and received the following error:

Error: Make sure you have a working Qt v4 qmake on your PATH or use the -q
argument to explicitly specify a working Qt v4 qmake.

Is Qt another, separate dependency?
