I've just synced my laptop (2.1 RC1 Server Win32) and desktop (2.0.1 Win64 
Client) and  found that some of the tags have gone missing on the client.
Most items have 2 tags; sometimes one tag was lost, sometimes both. I 
suspect it's something to do with which tags were active at the time of the 
sync. Is this meant to be? Will investigate further if required. 

As a further note: I've only just started using the (De)Activate categories 
options (brill. by the way!). However, there were a couple of times when 
the window opened with just the Category list frame sized to the full 
window i.e. the tag tree frame was missing. It seems to occur when I first 
start using it (i.e. first on my laptop when I started playing with the 
option, and then later,  when I first started using it on my desktop). 
Since then, no problem.
