I understand that in a future version of Mnemosyne, the plan is to strip
the formatting from pasting.

I would like to flag that Mnemosyne 2.0.1 is doing something strange with
at least a two simplified chinese characters (Hanzi).
It is actually changing the look of the characters !

I usually create my cards in MS-Word and then drop them into Mnemosyne. In
MS-Word, I see:
Q: straight
A: 直

When I paste it into Mnemosyne, the character changes. There is a gap at
the bottom and a new line on the left. Please see the attached screenshot.

When I paste back from Mnemosyne in MS-Paint, MS-PowerPoint or MS-Word, the
character reverts back its input form from MS-Word.

If you need to input the character, the pinyin is: zhí. It means straight
or vertical.
The other one that I notice a change is "to install or set up" or 置

Any ideas? I am not sure what is going on. I can make a note on the
cards, but it would be nice for the cards to look as they should

Thanks
