Hi, Just to make sure, you upgraded the OS and not Mnemosyne, right?
Your data is probably still there, but Mnemosyne can no longer find it. Mnemosyne looks for its data in ~/Library/Mnemosyne by default. Did anything happen to that directory, or did the OS upgrade somehow move the user directory to a different location? Or have you used the '-d <directory name>' command line option to select a custom data directory? I also put our Mac packager in CC, perhaps he has more insight.
