I agree that an "un-do" button would be very helpful.  On the Mnemosyne web
site there are words to the effect that one should "not worry about
miss-grading because you can just correct it the next time it comes up."  I
understand the position, but for cards that have not been reviewed in a
year or two and are now forgotten this is not a good option since they
won't be seen again for years.  An alternative is to manually create a
duplicate card when you realize you have miss-graded, but an "un-do" button
would be much more convenient.
