Mnemosyne does not seem to upload the media file (I have deleted the /sdcard/Mnemosyne/ folder). After getting this error I have manually copied the media files and as a result I could successfully synchronize (restore by backup) . I still a have the original copy of my database, so I could try again with another apk. However, you should be able to delete the unused copy without problems.
