Sorry for that Peter, but do you _really_ _read_ posts? In my first post I wrote all the steps I tried and re-install, deinstall and deletion of the Mnemosyne-folder on the phone and both methods of installing the app (google play and via apk) were part of all the steps I tried. And no, it didn't change anything, at the moment the installation cannot be finalised (at the phone) - and nothing helps.
