Okay, I am still getting the error message.  

Worse, Microsoft will not let me re-install MikTex because it thinks that 
the .exe file could cause harm 
Here is the MikTex download site:

I exported the cards, but it may be problematic for others to see if there 
is a problem if there was no latex on my computer when I exported them.

Any suggestions?
