To be fair, I never thought this argument was entirely sound. Even if we went 
with the very very very VERY basic image+text+link, that IS exactly what the 
marketplace promo was (we could even very easily allow that link to be an 
intent). But I haven't heard anyone suggest here that we disallow running some 
privileged JS on click. i.e. we're already way way way past the realm of basic 
basic basic snippets.

But I'm having trouble figuring out what we're arguing about in here. Is it 
what we can draw in the box? Or what that can do?
