hi to increase volume do the following. 1. unlock your phone. 2. press volume up till talkback says music volume set to 100% 3. now waite for 5 seconds dont do anything and then press volume keys fast before talkback can start speaking. this will increase your ringtone volume i think its better you ask questions on the group cause u will get fast answers from group members cause sometimes i may not be able to answer the phone and there is no fixed time when i will be available
