Hi all it is great to read about the experiences of you all! I lost my eyesight 
three years back and ever since I have stopped working I was a corporate 
trainer prior to that and have trained people to director and VP level Reading 
about the challenges you all are facing and the profiles you all have is 
motivating me to start thinking about my career again. Any help guidance will
