How about a 'kitchen sink' package?
That way there would be mod_dtcl, kept to a minimum, and a package
with all the utilities and extra stuff that one could want. That way,
you can:
1) get both from the same place.
2) no one will accuse mod_dtcl itself of being bloated;-)
