I used to see Quentin Crisp every Saturday morning having brunch in a
grungy East Village (nyc) diner on 2nd Ave.; I've seen Jesse Camp (annoying
skinny guy on MTV) walking down the street in the East Village - he spit
 out some food he was chewing on; Sarah Michelle Gellar (Buffy) at a play;
Chlo Sevigny w/ Harmony Korine at a play in the East Village; Steve Martin
w/ his wife at a Santa Barbara cinema (Superman 2 or 3) and I once ran into
Bill Luther near Astor Place in nyc but was so nervous I forgot to ask for
 an autograph >>

I don't think that Celeb sightings count as much if you live in NYC. They
seem to be everywhere whenever I'm there. Last time we played there we saw
Woody Allen and John Waters within 15 minutes of each other. I felt certain
it was going to be some filmmakers trilogy and I kept looking around for
Scorsese or David Lynch. I actually mentioned it to John Waters and he didn't
find the idea all that far fetched. But, yeah, it's a lot harder to meet
celebs in Boston. Although, it should be noted that I used to be one of those
trolley tour guides and I had both Claudia Schiffer and Robin Williams on my
trolley (though not on the same day). Claudia gave me a hug (she seemed to
like it when I called David Copperfield "Magic boy") and Robin Williams gave
me $20 and called me a "funny Motherfucker" in front of a bunch of gray heads
from Tunafish, Wyoming.
Corin (too cool to get into all the musicians he's met, Bob Dylan once told
me it's not cool to name drop)
