Celebrity Sightings?
Well well well... in March 1998, I saw the Specials play at the Roseland
(Portland Oregon), and after the show I saw one of the nameless
"replacement" band members walking around the corner... I jogged around
that corner and asked if he could sign my ticket, he said to come on the
bus with him instead to get me a proper souvenier (no nasty jokes,
please!). So he brought me on the bus, and on there was Lynval, Roddy,
Neville, and the new guy who almost looks like Terry. I got to talk a
little with "the boys" and got a tour poster signed by all of the band
members. I thought it was pretty cool, even though it wasn't really the
Specials w/o Terry and Jerry and the drummer (was his name John
Bradbury?).
Other than that, I've only seen local personalities (the mayor, tv news
anchors, etc)
