You do realize that England is about the size (roughly) of all the states in New England (can any person on modslist name them all without looking at a map???). SO, being as this country is so large, it's a mystery. Funny enough, this past weekend in CHicago, we saw mods at the club who we've never seen before, who live in Chicago! They just never go out. As far as bands, well, the Mooney Suzuki plays out quite a bit and they are very good. Of course, The Pills from Boston (Corin might kill me if I didn't plug his band) and I really like my pal from CHicago's band The Differents (whose lead singer/guitarist Lou is THE biggest Paul Weller fan you'll ever meet). I'm not big on live bands, because I'm one of the WRETCHED soul lovers. But in any case, I think as far as NEW music goes, I'm hooked on the new Shack album, Tahiti 80, the latest Ursula 1000 and of course, the new Richard Ashcroft.
