No they don't jackass. Do you know any police or anything about police
procedure? People go into police stations all the time and make
complaints. Not all are ever investigated because the police judge most of
them to be spurious. You also know little about rape as a crime. A very
large number of rape victims fail to report the crime as soon as its
happened because of:
1. fear
2. shame
3. shock and disbelief
The fact that she failed to report it immediately means jack squat. Jack
