Currently you can only use MS Visual C/C++ 5.0. Not because mod_ssl cannot be
compiled with different compilers. More because Apache can only be compiled
with this one. At least this is the only compiled Apache supports under Win32.
So I focus on this one for mod_ssl, too.

Someone wanted to upload them to the Contrib area, but seems like he forgot.
So, I've packed together the SSLeay binaries from my NT box and uploaded it:
