This is intentionally missing there. First because the installation steps are
really just an illustration (the real complete steps are in the INSTALL file),
so it has to be very short. And second it's purpose is to do only a quick
installation and for this the SSLeay has not to be installed. That's why
"--with-ssleay=../SSLeay-xxx" is used and not "--with-ssleay=/usr/local/ssl".
So, the example page is correct the way it is.
But seems like I should at least add a hint to it that it's _really_ just a
quick illustration and that the user should read the INSTALL file when he
wants to setup the stuff correctly.
