Ops, the "not applicable" is a bug. It should read "FileInfo", i.e. you only
need "AllowOverride FileInfo" to let SSLRequireSSL be used in .htaccess files.
Documenation bug is now fixed for 2.0.16. Thanks for your feedback.
OTOH when you don't have write access to the server config files and
"FileInfo" still isn't enabled, you have no chance, of course.
