Hi Ralf,
Thanks. Have ignored the rehasing skipped issue. You were nearly right on
the money on the wrong gcc, it was actually the step "perl ./Configure gcc
..." where I messed up on passing the right os version to swap in the right
assembler routines (ie: solaris-sparc-gcc).
Thanks for the help, apache is compiled and installed with mod_ssl and
mod_perl, time to get it the certificate from Verisign.
