When httpd with SSL is "gracefully" restarted by the apachectl script (with
variable HTTPD extended by -D SSL), it says "graceful: httpmd gracefully
restarted" but httpd is not running any more.
The ErrorLog and SSLLog files contain:
[error] mod_ssl: Init: (myserver:443) Ops, no RSA or DSA server certificate found?!
