Hmmm.... interesting: I've tried it myself with the latest versions and it
works fine. I can stress a server with both lots of repeated "apachectl
restart" and "apachectl graceful" without any problems. What platform are you
using? Is PHP3 part of the game, too? Are you using DSOs?
