Security Lock Open? I don't know what this should mean, but perhaps it's this:
When you connect to a HTTPS site Netscape sometimes not immediately closes the
security lock at the left bottom edge of the browser window. Then users
sometimes think their connection is still not secure. That's not correct: it's
secure. Netscape just updates the icon too late. Is this what you're speaking
about?
