Since you don't seem to have a good understanding of the procedures
needed to get a server cert signed by your own CA I honestly
suggest to buy one. It can be as cheap as your boss would charge 
me if you work 2 hours for me ;-)

Have a look at

There used to be some more choices as wellsomewhere...
