Yesterday, I uploaded precompiled binaries for the Win32-platform based on
the following source packages:

- apache_1.3.9.tar.gz
- mod_ssl-2.4.9-1.3.9.tar.gz
- openssl-0.9.4.tar.gz

The crypto modules were compiled using the assembler routines and NASM.
DEBUG wasn't turned on. I have tested this release using WinNT 4.0 WKS.
Maybe, you have to install Winsock 2
(http://www.microsoft.com/windows/downloads/bin/W95ws2setup.exe on your
Win9x machine.

This package should suffice running an SSL-aware Apache without other
packages. It includes the binaries, documentation and a sample config-tree.
The URL for the package is

ftp://ftp.modssl.org/contrib/
file://Apache_1.3.9-mod_ssl_2.4.9-openssl_0.9.4-WIN32-i386.rar

It can be extracted using the the archiver from http://www.rarsoft.com/

Yours,
CK
