The problem is the passphrase dialog.  I'm having the same problem with
the RedHat distribution / RPM.  The rpm doesn't include the tools needed
to decrypt the server key so that you can change the directive and have
the service comeup without asking for the passphrase.

If anyone knows a RH work-around, please let us know.
