Read INSTALL.Win32 from the mod_ssl tarball or from
http://www.modssl.org/source/exp/mod_ssl/pkg.mod_ssl/INSTALL.Win32
You might also be able to get some extra ideas from www.opensa.org.
There are some changes to win32 support since the latest mod_ssl
release - so you might want to grab one of the snapshots instead.
