Sorry, I do not see why IPv6 would solve this problem.  The only real solution
AFAIK is described in RFC 2817 ("Upgrading to TLS Within HTTP/1.1"). The only
problem is that AFAIK no browser supports this - that's why it is still in the
middle and not the top of my TODO list for mod_ssl.
