ahresources.org is running Apache/1.3.9 (Unix) FrontPage/4.0.4.3 Rewrit/1.1a
ApacheJServ/1.0b5 PHP/3.0.12 on Linux

... so he may be seeing the default homepage for Apache internally.  Who knows
