I just E-mailed him in private about it.  He may or may not be seeing the
default apache homepage when he brings up his site (internal misuse domain
server?) and may or may not therefore believe that he's being disrupted.  I
don't know.

He said to me:

I explained what was probably happening and all he replied with was:

I'm adding them to my RBL list soon ... but I notified their postmaster already
too.
