Try the port settings in httpd.conf. Play around with that and see how you
go. eg comment out the port 80 and see what happens.

Thanks for the idea, Dan but it didn't work :( .   Anybody else have any 
suggestions?  This is getting to be ridiculous lol :(  Am I doomed?  Am I
