I don't use mod_ssl or openssl rpms. Please be however aware in any case,
that OpenSSL shared libraries are not binary compatible between versions.
If mod_ssl was compiled against openssl-0.9.5(a), then mod_ssl _must_
use openssl-0.9.5(a) shared libraries. It does not work with openssl-0.9.6
shared libraries.
You can have openssl-0.9.6 installed in this case, but the openssl-0.9.5
shared libraries must be additionally available on the system.
Compatibility is only available at source level.
