That sounds really strange - I've got an install from last week that
does not do that - and I did nothing out of the ordinary to it. I just
configured mm with --disable-shared and for mod_ssl I used the --prefix.
And no, I don't have anything in /usr/local/apache/logs If you have
trouble installing then try "The All-In-One mod_ssl+APACI way" from
the install document.
