I read that (as well as the docs to which Stan and Rodent referred) and sent
an e-mail in the proper style on 6/10/02 ... but I sent it to *this* list
([EMAIL PROTECTED]). Should I in fact have sent it to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ?
Yes. This list is just a bunch of yahoos like me sitting around and giving advice. We have nothing to do with granting official namespaces.
