Why not request that a Media TLNS be created, with the Video TLNS being
deprecated in favor of:
Media::Video::*
Media::Audio::*
Media::ThingWeHaveNotThoughtOf::*
I'm not sure what the stance is on changing top-level namespace, but IMO, it
would be better to fix it now rather than placing something where it doesn't
belong.
If your module doesn't do Video, I wouldn't look for it under Video.
